A few things clients often ask before getting started.
We review your enquiry to understand your business needs, current processes and whether our services are a suitable fit. Where appropriate, we'll contact you to discuss your requirements and next steps. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm a consultation or project.
We review how your business currently handles enquiries, the tools you use and the outcomes you want to achieve. We then agree the project scope, adapt the appropriate system to your requirements and prepare for installation, testing and handover.
Not necessarily. We assess your existing tools and identify where practical integrations are possible. If additional platforms or changes are required, we explain the options and associated costs before proceeding.
Some installations require authorised access to relevant business platforms. We discuss the necessary permissions and secure access arrangements before implementation. Your business retains ownership of its accounts. Please never share passwords through ordinary enquiry forms or chat messages.
We aim to process only information reasonably necessary to assess enquiries and deliver agreed services. Relevant third-party platforms may process information as part of the installation and operation of your system. Your business retains control of its customer data and accounts after handover. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
No. AI can assist with qualifying, prioritising and organising enquiries according to agreed business requirements. Human oversight remains important for decisions, exceptions and sensitive matters. Your business retains control over its operations.
Implementation time depends on your business requirements, existing tools, integrations and testing needs. We assess the scope and discuss delivery arrangements before beginning the project.
After building or adapting your system, we install it in your business's accounts, complete the agreed testing and hand over the solution with appropriate guidance and documentation. Your team then operates the system independently. Additional maintenance or technical support can be agreed separately if required.
The system can identify enquiries or situations requiring human judgement and direct them to the appropriate person or team within your business, according to the agreed configuration. Your team remains responsible for these matters after handover.
No technical expertise is required to get started. You explain your business needs and desired outcomes, and we handle the agreed system design, adaptation, installation and testing. We also provide handover guidance so your team understands how to use the system.
